It's amazing. It's gas. Runs a trial run every week, BUT when the power goes off in the house, this thing kicks right in immediately. That's the three air handlers behind it. Then the outside shower, and a door to the inside of the garage. Oh and the house and sprinkler system which are hooked to the deep well.

Garage is extra large on both sides and in the back. Lights and fans and that floor is epoxy and looks amazing.

There's one house to the east, then a huge retention pond. Back yard is very private.
